Wreath Making with Amy from The Cove

November 26th 11am - 1pm and 7pm - 9pm

Make a festive winter wreath with us. The Cove's lovely and talented florist Amy will help you to create a stunning festive wreath. This workshop is £80, which includes all materials, plus a drink and nibbles. Book with a friend and get into the festive mood.

Chocolate making with Atelier

Thursday 11th December from 11am - 1pm

Start this indulgent morning with a glass of bubbles and a chocolate tasting of 6 different chocolates. then learn how to temper chocolate and make your own chocolate truffles. You will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of toppings to create your own unique flavour combinations, including Birchden Vineyards' own Bees Knees raw honey.
You will leave the day with great memories, a gift box of your small-batch chocolates.

The Blackbird Café

Tuesday to Saturday 9am - 5pm

Sunday 9am - 4pm

Join us in the mornings for coffee, savoury gallates, crêpes and cakes. Ease into the afternoon sipping wine served by the glass or bottle. Stay for lunch and enjoy our paninis, antipasti or charcuterie boards, or maybe just some nibbles. No need to book.

We have a covered outdoor seating area, and our Tasting Den is the perfect place to warm up in on colder days. Both children and dogs are welcome.

All of our products are sold from the Tasting Den, so come inside and have a browse.

Make a day of it.... vineyard tours and tastings, picnics, and Spa Valley Railway experiences are all bookable online.
